In the spring of April 2025, the serene gardens of Hotel L’Argamak blossomed with more than flowers—they blossomed with flavor, aroma, and a dream finally brought to life. After many heartfelt requests from our guests, the long-awaited AmanBagh Restaurant opened its doors, offering a refined dining experience inspired by French and Italian cuisine, paired with the warmth of Uzbek hospitality.
But AmanBagh is more than a restaurant—it is the culinary canvas of a remarkable chef.
At the heart of our kitchen stands Chef Ulugbek, a master of flavors with a soul steeped in tradition and a mind enriched by international experience. His culinary journey has taken him across borders—from the vibrant kitchens of Russia, through the fragrant dishes of Tajikistan, to the refined gastronomy of Germany.
Over the years, Chef Ulugbek absorbed techniques, traditions, and tastes from every stop along the way. In Russia, he learned precision and depth of flavor. In Tajikistan, the art of spice and soulful preparation. In Germany, discipline, refinement, and presentation. And always, he carried with him the essence of Central Asian generosity and warmth.
Now, Chef Ulugbek brings his many years of experience to AmanBagh, crafting a menu that is both elegant and heartfelt. Each dish tells a story—of continents crossed, lessons learned, and a passion that knows no borders.
